Open to Advisory
I advise a small number of post-PMF and growth-stage companies on the business side of scale. Once the product is in market, the next challenge is usually not what to build — it is how to find the right customers, improve go-to-market execution, increase adoption, and turn early traction into repeatable revenue. That's where I work.
Note on independence
All advisory and mentoring work represents my independent perspective, informed by experience advising Fortune 500 and high-growth companies. I never share proprietary information from any organization.
